Dave leads the wealth management business, servicing high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions across Canada and internationally.
Dave has over 25 years of experience within retail banking, full-service brokerage and discretionary investment counselling. He spent much of his career at two of Canada’s five major banks where his experience includes leading advice-based businesses focused on meeting the needs of mass affluent and high-net-worth clients. Most recently, Mr. Kelly was Head of Private Wealth Management and Financial Planning at TD Wealth.
Dave is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM©). He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics in Industry and Finance from the University of Guelph. Dave has also completed the Professional Financial Planning Course (PFPC) and Canadian Securities Course (CSC).

Jeff is a director of the Perimeter Institute and chair of its investment committee.
Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff, Jeff was a Managing Partner with Gryphon Investment Counsel where he was involved in the management of C$2.6 billion of pension and endowment assets. He has also held several senior investment industry positions both in Canada and London, including Co-Head of Global Fixed Income at BMO Nesbitt Burns.
Jeff is a registered Portfolio Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western University.

As Vice Chair, Jim oversees many of the firm’s significant private client and institutional client relationships. Previously, Jim was Executive Vice President and head of the Client Wealth Management team at Gluskin Sheff.
Jim is a member of the Finance Committee of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation and has also served as a Director of the Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival.
Jim has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff, he spent 10 years at Credit Suisse Securities (Canada) as both the Director of the Canadian Equity Research team and an Equity Research Analyst. Previously, Jim held senior positions at both UBS Securities Canada and TD Bank Financial Group.
Jim is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a registered Portfolio Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Previously, she spent 14 years in capital markets in both Toronto and New York at Morgan Stanley and Scotia Capital advising on hedge funds and mutual funds.

Bruce also oversees many of his senior colleagues in the team and provides leadership for the firm’s marketing and brand strategy.
Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff, he was Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Private Wealth and one of its predecessor firms, Blackmont Capital. Previously, he held senior positions at Dundee Securities, CIBC Wood Gundy and Merrill Lynch Canada.

Previously, she was part of Morgan Stanley's Risk Management team in New York. Before her financial services career, Emily served in the Israeli Defense Forces’ General Chief of Staff Bureau and subsequently held the position of Senior Procurement Officer for the Israeli Defense Ministry’s Delegation to the USA in New York.

She regularly advised clients on complex domestic and cross-border estate planning matters while working closely with professional advisors to identify priority issues, develop solutions and implement strategies to build and preserve a client’s wealth and wishes.

Soma serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of North York Aquatic Club, Canada’s largest competitive swimming club. Soma holds a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and a Masters in Molecular Biology & Genetics from the University of Guelph. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
