Michael is responsible for overseeing the management of the firm and its team. Under his guidance over the past 20 years, ONCAP has grown to more than 20 investment professionals located in Toronto and New York.
Michael is a director of several ONCAP companies.
Michael has been in the private equity business for over 25 years. Prior to joining ONCAP, he was Vice-President, Private Equity at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at VERSUS Technologies Inc., both in Toronto.
He is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CPA, CA.
