Ryan is responsible for ONCAP’s efforts in the Industrials sector. Since joining ONCAP, Ryan has worked on a number of transactions, including Komar Industries, Merrithew, Precision Global, Precision Concepts (previously IntraPac), Venanpri Group (previously ITG), Bradshaw Home, Davis-Standard, Pinnacle Renewable Energy, BSN Sports and EnGlobe Corp.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Ryan worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance in Toronto.
Ryan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
