Heather oversees human resource management globally for Onex and is responsible for recruiting, talent management and development, diversity, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Prior to joining Onex, Heather was based in New York as Executive Director, Global Experienced and Executive Recruiting at J.P. Morgan and earlier as an executive search consultant with Korn/Ferry’s Investment Banking & Private Equity practice.
Heather holds an M.Sc. in Management Research from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
