Edmund is responsible for ONCAP’s efforts in the Service sector. Since joining ONCAP, Edmund has worked on a number of transactions, including Ontivity (previously Enertech Holdings), Tecta America and PURE Canadian Gaming.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Edmund worked at M/C Partners in Boston, a middle-market private equity firm with $1.2 billion in assets under management. Previously, Edmund worked in the Investment Banking group at Merrill Lynch in Toronto.
Edmund received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated with High Distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s in Commerce and Finance.
