Since joining ONCAP, Nicholas has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Nicholas worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at BMO Capital Markets, and Imperial Capital, both in Toronto. Previously, he worked at ONCAP as a Director, where he worked on a number of transactions, including International Language Academy of Canada and Wyse Meter Solutions.
Nicholas holds a joint JD/MBA from the University of Toronto (Gerald W. Schwartz Gold Medal), and a BA in Economics from McGill University.
