Kosty is responsible for Onex Partners’ North American efforts in the Business Services sector and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Since joining Onex, Kosty has worked on Onex Partners’ acquisitions of Allison Transmission, Analytic Partners, ASM Global, Clarivate Analytics, Emerald Expositions, PriceLabs, the going-private purchase of Tomkins/Gates, and WireCo WorldGroup.
Kosty currently serves on the boards of Analytic Partners, Emerald Expositions (NYSE:EEX), PriceLabs, and WireCo WorldGroup.
Prior to joining Onex, Kosty worked at Willis Stein & Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm and was a management consultant at Bain & Company in the Firm’s Toronto and Johannesburg offices.
Kosty serves as a board member of both the Doug Philpott Inner-City Children’s Tennis Fund and of Tennis Canada.
Kosty holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S., Economics (magna Cum Laude) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
