Kosty is responsible for Onex Partners’ North American efforts in the Business Services sector.
Since joining Onex, Kosty has worked on Onex Partners’ acquisitions of Allison Transmission, Analytic Partners, ASM Global, Clarivate Analytics, Emerald Expositions, PriceLabs, the going-private purchase of Tomkins/Gates, and WireCo WorldGroup.
Kosty currently serves on the boards of Analytic Partners, Emerald Expositions (NYSE:EEX), PriceLabs, and WireCo WorldGroup.
Prior to joining Onex, Kosty worked at Willis Stein & Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm and was a management consultant at Bain & Company in the Firm’s Toronto and Johannesburg offices.
Kosty serves as a board member of the Doug Philpott Inner-City Children’s Tennis Fund.
Kosty holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S., Economics (magna Cum Laude) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
