Annie is responsible for the Canadian domestic tax function at Onex Corporation, including tax planning and compliance, tax accounting related to public financial reporting, commodity tax matters, and tax authority audits and related audit defense. She also oversees international tax matters, including cross-border financing and surplus planning across the firm’s global structure.
Annie has previously held senior tax leadership roles including Senior Director, ATS Corporation and Director, Taxation at Onex. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Tax Manager with Ernst & Young LLP.
Annie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a BBA from the University of Toronto.
