As Managing Partner and Co-Head of ONCAP, Adam is responsible for ONCAP’s operations, including investment decision-making, strategic offsites, oversight of sectors of emphasis and business development, team development, and relationship with Onex and limited partners. He also sits on the Board of Directors of several ONCAP operating companies.
Additionally, Adam oversees ONCAP’s portfolio management strategy (including pace of deployment, realizations and OPCO monitoring) and chairs the exit and investment committees.
Since joining ONCAP, Adam has worked on several transactions, including DDH, Right at School, International Language Academy of Canada, Wyse Meter Solutions, Chatters Canada, Pinnacle Renewable Energy, PURE Canadian Gaming and Cicis Pizza.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Adam worked in the Investment Banking division of UBS in Toronto.
Adam holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business (Ivey Scholar) at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA® charterholder.
