Mark leads the firm’s international equity strategies and is the lead manager of the Onex International Fund. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial markets.
Prior to joining Onex, Mark worked at Mackenzie Investments where he was a Senior Vice-President of Investments, head of the Mackenzie Growth Team and lead manager of the Mackenzie Global Growth Fund and Mackenzie International Growth Fund. Previously, he was Vice President of International Equities and Head of the Global Equity Team at Altamira.
Mark is a CFA® charterholder, a registered Portfolio Manager of Onex Canada Asset Management Inc. and a licensed Professional Engineer. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Mark serves as Co-Chair of Venture Sinai at the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation.
