William A. Etherington

Mr. Etherington, 68, of Toronto, Ontario, was the Chairman of the Board, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Mr. Etherington’s corporate directorships include Celestica Inc., MDS Inc. and SS&C Technologies, Inc.
