Onex’ Board of Directors is distinguished by its experience, tenure and independence. Seven of ten are independent directors, while two are members of Onex’ management team. A designated independent Lead Director is chosen by the full board. Each of our directors is aligned with the interests of shareholders through mandatory ownership of a substantial number of Onex shares.
