Onex earns annual management fees on the third-party capital it manages. The current annualized rate of this
growing and stable revenue stream is approximately $108 million, offsetting Onex' overhead. In addition, Onex' return on invested capital is augmented through a carried interest on third-party capital. Onex has received $243 million of carried interest distributions to date and we continue to have a
carried interest on $9 billion of third-party assets under management.
