Flushing Town Center is the preeminent mixed-use development located in Flushing, Queens, just outside of Manhattan in New York City. The development will be constructed in two phases and will consist of approximately 800,000 square feet of retail, a 2,500-space parking garage structure and approximately 1,100 condominium units. Key retail tenants pre-committed to the project include: Target, BJ's Wholesale Club and Bed Bath & Beyond.
