Mr. Heersink, 59, of Oakville, Ontario, is a Managing Director of the Corporation and has been an executive of Onex since 1984. He served as Onex’s Chief Financial Officer through 2008 and has also served as a director of several of Onex’s operating companies. Mr. Heersink is also a Member of the Advisory Council of the Queen’s
School of Business. 

Mr. Heersink holds a Bachelor of Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University. Mr. Heersink is also a Chartered Accountant.
