Daniel C. Casey

Mr. Casey, 60, of Toronto, Ontario, is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Creson Corporation, an investment holding company. Mr. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Carleton University.

Mr. Casey has been on the board of Onex Corporation since its formation in 1983 and was a founding shareholder.
